Enrolment Process
How to Enrol Your Child
Our admissions process is simple and transparent. Here’s how you can secure a place for your child:
1️⃣ Step 1 – Enquiry
Contact the school office to receive an information pack.
2️⃣ Step 2 – Application Form
Download and complete the application form. You will need to submit:
Copy of learner’s birth certificate
Recent passport-size photo of the learner
Learner’s clinic card
Copy of parent/guardian ID/ passport
Most recent school report
3️⃣ Step 3 – Submit Documents
Submit the completed application form and the documents mentioned above in person at the school office at this address: 16 Cormorant street, Klippotjie, Germiston, 1401
4️⃣ Step 4 – Assessment
The learner goes through a placement assessment (depending on grade level).
5️⃣ Step 5 – Acceptance & Registration
If the child passes the assessment, a registration fee must be paid to secure the learner’s place.
